Firewall: The Israel Legitimacy Hackathon is a process open to all participants. It will help to create, prototype, and scale tools that leverage our technological strengths and compensate for our numerical disadvantage in contending with Israel’s delegitimizers and enhancing Israel’s legitimacy.

We will identify real needs of people who are fighting for Israel’s legitimacy ‘in the trenches’, and assemble inter-disciplinary teams of activists, thinkers, and technology experts that will work together to address challenges articulated by leaders on the front lines of facing the delegitimization campaign.

The teams will create and present working prototypes of their ideas at the end of a three-day hackathon event in Israel - January 4-6, 2015.
